Waterkeepers Bahamas is a proud member of the Bahamas Mangrove Alliance (BMA). The BMA is continuing its multi-sector coalition work dedicated to protecting and restoring mangrove habitats across The Bahamas. Its three founding members are the international nonprofit Bonefish & Tarpon Trust and local nonprofits Perry Institute for Marine Science and Waterkeepers Bahamas.
